- May 1, get to the Farley Speedway for a special car show! Rain or Shine! This is not a typical car show, as drivers have the option of going ON the dirt track for photo laps. There will be a special indoor Kustom area, live Bands, vendors, model contest, swap meet and art show! Spectators $5 Pre registered vehicles $20. All proceeds go to www.helpinghannahsheart.org - this is a medical expense trust set up to help the family with all the medical bills for the continuing heart surgeries that will be needed.

- On May 22, take steps to cure cystic fibrosis by participating in GREAT STRIDES, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundations fund-raising walk. GREAT STRIDES fuels vital research to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis, a life-threatening, genetic disease that affects tens of thousands of children and young adults. Come to Flora Park for registration at 9:30 a.m. and the walk will start at 10 a.m. The walk promises to be a day of fun with co-workers, family and friends.
